Terrace was included. Fab view and balcony. The owner upon arrival was FRIENDLY. Not far from the downtown, 10 minutes on foot. Buffet breakfast was something to remember.

We were here for summer holidays and it met standards. Satisfied with the hotel, it's a nice place for staying in Kitzbuhel. The view from the balcony was breathtaking.
